One long and two short warm-ups adjusted for where you are in your day. These warm-ups are for singers of any kind and at all levels, who want to have a great fundament to build from where the connection - body and voice - is at the centre. Maybe you’ve had a long day and need to relax, or just want to take about 15 minutes in the beginning of the day for a mindful warm-up to meet what the day holds.

All warm-ups are available in English, two are also in Swedish.

Katarina Loves warm-ups. With these warm-up exercises she takes the opportunity to share many years of experience of how to keep the voice in shape on tours, as professional singer, as well as how an amateur singer can prepare for the weekly rehearsal.

Who is this course for?

This course is for singers of any kind and at all levels who want to get connected with their body and have a great fundament to build from. Maybe you’ve had a long day and need to relax, or just want to take 15 minutes in the beginning of the day for a mindful warmup to conquer what the day holds. The long warmup is meant to inspire but can be used as it is when you have a longer rehearsal.

The course is designed so you can return to the exercises as often as you like, making them part of your daily routine. We’ve made it as easy as possible to use on both your phone and computer.
